Paramahamsa Satyananda's Maha Samadhi
Issued By the Pithadhi - swari of Rikhiapeeth, Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati Paramahamsa Satyananda who inspired millions to live the divine life took maha samadhi at midnight on December 5th. Acoording to the tradition for Paramahansas a shodashi puja (sixteen day ritual) will be observed at Rikhiapeeth for Paramahansaji which will culminate in the final puja on 22nd December.Disciples devotees friends and well wishers are flocking to rikhia to offer shradhanjali.All are welcome for the blessings of Paramahansaji that were abundantly flowing to all he came in contact with during his lifetime and have now magnified a thousandfold after he abandoned his body to attain maha samadhi.

ACCMMODATION FACILITIES:-

1) Yogam Sharanam is located in a pleasant environment away free from pollution and dust.

2) Aspirants are provided accommodation on a twin-sharing basis in a well-furnished, spacious and well-ventilated rooms with an attached bathroom.

3) Every bathroom will have hot water for bathing.

4) Blanket, bed linen comforter and pillow are provided to every aspirant.

5) An independent locker is provided to every student.

6) The accommodation for men and women will be kept separate.


YOGIC DIET:-

1) Delicious and healthy vegetarian meals, full of nutritional value, rich in raw vegetables and seasonable fruits in offered.

2) Clean, pure and Safe mineral water is provided for drinking.


ASHRAM COAD OF COUNDUCT:-

1) During the course, participants will not be allowed to go outside the Yogam Sharanam Kendra premises.

2) Participants are expected to observe silence (mouna) during breakfast and meals in the dining hall and kitchen area. This silence is to be observed as a sadhana (spiritual practice).

3) The consumption of alcohol, tobacco and any other narcotics is strictly prohibited.

4) Outside food is not allowed within the Yogam Sharanam premises.

5)  Personal friendship is not allowed. All interaction amongst participants must be cordial and mutually respectful. Each student is responsible for maintaining a pleasant, conducive and positive environment.
